How Fit is the Walking Cane?
If you want to find the right walking cane, you need to find one that has the right fit. If you wish, you can buy an adjustable walking cane that will allow you to adjust its fit. Confirm that the cane you want to buy has a good fit.
You can check how your elbow bends to determine whether the fit of the cane you want to buy is good. When using a cane to walk, your elbow should be bent at about 15 degrees. If you have a big challenge in finding your balance, the elbow may bend more than 15 degrees.
